Each class is 50 minutes of constant work.

You move slowly, stay engaged, and keep your muscles under tension the entire way through—it’s challenging, but in a way that feels precise and controlled rather than chaotic.

Tempo

Everything in Lagree is about tempo.

Movements are slow, measured, and intentional—usually four counts forward and four back—which removes momentum and makes the work come entirely from your muscles.

The Megapro

The Mega Pro is the most advanced machine in the Lagree Method—built to challenge every inch of your body. A large moving carriage, elevated V-platforms for wrist support, strong handlebars, and resistance-loaded springs turn even the smallest movement into a slow, controlled, sweaty burn.

It pushes you to your edge without impact on your joints, but you’re always in control.
